How often should I use the cupping cups?
For best results, use 4–5 times per week on the body and 3–4 times on the face. Always apply oil first, glide — never hold in one place.
Are the oils suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes — our oils are based on natural plant ingredients without harsh additives. As with any new skincare, patch-test first on the inside of your wrist.
Can I use the face cup on my body, or vice versa?
The small cup is sized for face, neck, and décolleté. The large cup is sized for thighs, abdomen, and arms. Using them as designed gives the best feel and result.
How long until I see results?
Most users report softer, firmer-feeling skin within 2–3 weeks of daily practice. Cellulite appearance softens over 6–8 weeks. Consistency matters more than intensity.

Where do you ship?
We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium and other EU countries. All orders are shipped with PostNL. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you place your order.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 5 business days. After processing, delivery typically takes: Netherlands 1–3 business days, Belgium 2–4 business days, other EU countries 3–5 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.
What is the return policy?
You may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened skincare cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. See our Refund Policy for details and the model withdrawal form.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days at hanelitecollection@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.
